Directions to Mahalo Art Center  PLEASE READ - they are different than you will get via GPS

FROM THE EAST:

  • PLEASE BRING A FLASHLIGHT if it is dark.
  • From I-91, take exit 2 and go west on Rte 9(take a right, whether you’re coming from north or south.)
  • You will be now on Western Avenue, also called Route 9.  
  • Go about one mile:
  • You will pass the Asian Gourmet restaurant on the right and then the new fire station on the left.
  • Then, on the left, you will see Bonnyvale Ave and a white house with a steep pitched roof on the corner.
  • Then, you will see a house on the left that is maroon painted brick building (974 Western Ave.: The Jeremiah Beal House/Tasha Tudor Museum, etc). Mahalo Art Center is all the way UP that driveway, but please read on.
  • The Baptist church will be on your right.
  • For large events, PARK immediately there, ON WESTERN AVENUE, in the area in front of the lawyer and the Baptist church or turn around at the 7/11 (up on left) and park in front of The Jeremiah Beal House. If you need to drive up for any reason at all, medical or otherwise, drive on up and park by the side of the driveway so others can drive around you. If you are visiting for a private session, please drive up!
  • PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT BEHIND THE BRICK BUILDING.

    FROM THE WEST
  • PLEASE BRING A FLASHLIGHT if it is dark.
  • Take Rte 9 East toward Brattleboro
  • Pass the Chelsea Royal Restaurant on your left.
  • In about a mile, pass the 7/11 and the Laundromat on the right.
  • PARK on the right, on Western Avenue, after the 7/11, in front of the maroon painted brick building  (974 Western Ave: The Jeremiah Beal House/Tasha Tudor Museum).
  • Mahalo Art Center is up the long driveway of the Jeremiah Beal House, on your right.
  • If you need to drive up for any reason, medical or otherwise, drive on up to the top and park by the side of the driveway so others can drive around you. If you are visiting for a private session or for a stay over, please drive up!
  • PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT BEHIND THE BRICK BUILDING.
